Main features
Four temperature controllers are concentrated into one compact module.
One compact module enables 4-channel control. (2 channels per heat/cool control type)
Up to 16 (max.64 channels) Temperature control modules (Z-TIO) can be connected.

Loader communication
All modules are equipped with a front loader communication port for ease of maintenance.
Configuration data management software (PROTEM2) is available.
A system using an HMI and a PLC can be built up
Operation and monitoring of multi-loop control system can be centralized on the HMI for easy management of the system.
A complete system building including a PLC can be supported.

※Caution when using Z-TIO-C/D and Z-COM with Z-CT
Z-CT module is not available for PLC communication of Z-TIO-C/D. Host communication is required to verify the data.
When using Z-COM with PLC communication, communication data on the Z-CT needs to be assigned. In this case, our Register Mapping Tool (ZEAL2) is necessary to assign register addresses.
※Over Current Alarm Function of Z-CT module
The Over Current Alarm status of the Z-CT module is NOT output from the Z-DIO module. It can be checked only through communication.
