Checking is made to see if the surface temperature of the hot plate is appropriate.
- 9999 measured values are stored in DP-700
- The thermometer is connected to a PC via USB interface for data management on the PC (Excel)
- Temperature monitoring can be easily made for establishing HACCP system.
