Power Controllers
This type of products receives an analog signal such as 4-20mA from an external controller and regulate power to the heater continuously and sensitively.
There are two types of power control methods; Phase control method that controls the wave form of power and Zero-cross method that controls the cycles of power supply with low noise.
Use of soft-start function in the phase control method enables primary side control of heaters and transformers that have large rush current.
